For How do I know if I won?

You will receive an email with details on how to claim your computer if you are a winner of the lottery.

I have multiple children, can I get a computer for each of them?

No, due to limited supplies, the distribution to one (1) device per household.

Will I be able to access the internet?

Our computers are WiFi-enabled, but you will need to provide your own internet connection. We will provide information about how to access free internet services when you pick up your computer.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, whoever is driving to pick up the computer must have the confirmation email from the lottery.

I registered for the lottery and have not heard anything. Who do I contact?

We are trying our best to keep up with demand, but we will only have approximately 60 computers and tickets available per day. If you have not heard back, then you have not won the lottery.

Is this a computer I have to give back?

These computers are your to keep! You will not return the computer to us.

Me inscribí para la lotería y no he escuchado nada. ¿Con quién me comunico?

Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para satisfacer la demanda, pero solo tendremos aproximadamente 60 computadoras y boletos disponibles por día. Si no ha recibido respuesta, entonces no ha ganado la lotería.

¿Es esta una computadora que tengo que devolver?

¡Estas computadoras son suyas para mantener! No nos devolverá la computadora.
